4 Rose Scented Beauty Products To Make You Happy

rose beauty products

Your sense of smell plays such a major part in your mood. Why not indulge in a product that makes you feel happy – even if it’s only while you’re taking a shower or washing your face. It’s the little things people. The little things.

Essential oils can lift your mood and make the world a little bit shinier. One of my all-time favorite scents is rose.

Rose oil is not only amazing for your skin – it also smells wonderful. Not to be confused with fake rose scents, the real essential oil is what makes me feel like I’m floating on clouds. I find it to be relaxing and it makes me feel fresh, sexy and clean.

Precious Rose Serum

Iris Moreau Precious Rose Intense Hydrating and Age Reversing Serum is a wonderful choice for mature or dry skin. It smells heavenly and I want to bathe in it. It’s a little pricy for that, so I’ll stick to putting it on my face, chest and arms. It’s like an expensive eau de toilette that also happens to be really amazing for your skin. It’s made with only essential oils – a 100% natural fragrance – no perfumes or dyes here. There are no fillers – just moisturizing and skin rejuvenating ingredients like rosehip seed oil, sea buckthorn oil, evening primrose oil, meadowfoam seed oil, grapeseed oil, elderberry extract and date extract.

Make-up artist Iris Moreau set out to find the perfect rose oil to use as the base in her Precious Rose skin care serum. It had to be fresh, deeply nourishing, divinely fragrant and contain only the highest quality organic ingredients. She found perfection in an exceptional wildcrafted Rose Damescana oil. By steam distilling the whole rose, it results in a pure oil with a fragrant rose scent that gives all skin types an immediate vibrancy and healthy glow.

The serum combines pure essential oil of Rose Damescana with bioactive essential fatty acids, anti-oxidants, omegas, and natural peptides to seal in moisture, stimulate collagen growth, and fight free radicals to help prevent signs of aging.

Sundari Rose Body Wash

Au Naturel Ayurveda Sundari Rose Body Cleanser is another gem. This is one of my favorite body washes because I love the light rose scent. This one’s a bit more floral – drifting slightly from the pure rose scent, but still wonderful. It has lots of great skin-healing ingredients like neem, turmeric, aloe vera, comfrey, pineapple, saffron and Vitamin E. This formula is great for all body skin types from dry to acne-prone.

The same brand (Au Naturel Ayurveda) also makes a DIVINE Rose Toner. It’s a refreshing, moisturizing spray that you can use any time of the day – even over makeup. It’s made with rose hydrosol, essences and rose essential oil. This one’s also great for all facial skin types.

Rosebud Salve

And don’t forget about cult classic Rosebud Perfume Co.’s Rosebud Salve – great for lips as well as dry elbows, knees and it even works to keep your brows in place in a pinch!

There are several other rose-scented beauty products I want to try. Which ones have you tried? Which do you want to try? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Wow, I cannot wait to try out that Iris Moreau serum seeing as how i love serums and all things rose. I find $80 to be quite reasonable for a quality anti-aging serum, personally. Especially since it is also cruelty free. Thanks for the product ideas!
