I’m thrilled that Spring has arrived in my neck of the woods because this means I can bust out my floral patterned dresses and pastel tunics with shorter leggings. If I’m brave enough I’ll even try wearing shorts even though I most likely will stick with stylish capri pants with a tee. Now that spring is here I can experiment with my makeup too! Last spring I was bold enough to buy some hot pink lipstick (which is all the rage now). I love the instant color it adds to my lips and it makes my face stand out too!
There are so many different animal-friendly products to choose from, but I keep on going back to cruelty free MAC Cosmetics. Not only does their makeup give back to wonderful causes such as the AIDS Fund, you can share your commitment to the environment by returning six MAC primary containers to a MAC counter or MAC Cosmetics online and in return you will receive a free MAC lipstick of your choice. What a wonderful incentive to support the environment.
My love for MAC lipstick began a few years ago. I wanted a lipstick that would stay well on my lips throughout the day and would also glide smoothly on my lips. I headed to the mall and finally gave MAC a try. MAC did just what I wanted and more. MAC stays on my lips through the entire day without wearing off. In addition, they offer so many different colors it is impossible not to find what you are looking for.
I also own a shade of light pink and a beige pink with a pearl finish. I wear my hot pink lipstick when I am going out or just want to feel spunky! I wear my light and beige pink colors when I want to tone down my makeup, but still maintain a glowing and elegant look for the day. MAC is amazing because you can choose a lipstick color that goes exactly with your mood. Plus, if you want to find a great deal on MAC lipstick you should always compare prices before making your purchase.
