Mad Gab’s Lip Butters

Lauren Warner, Staff Writer – Mad Gab Lip Butters Review

I have a not so secret love affair with butter. I can’t fathom eating a piece of bread unless it’s smothered in butter and I have an embarrassing attraction towards holiday butter cookies. Naturally, I was drawn to Mad Gab’s Wildly Natural Lip Butter.

Just as I suspected, Mad Gab’s lip butters are creamy, long-lasting and restorative. Cruelty free and available in three scents – Lavender Vanilla, Juicy Mango and Coconut Lime, these lip butters are the perfect size to carry with me during the dry winter months. The scents are subtle and don’t take over your lips with a lingering, artificial flavor like some lip butters do.

Mad Gab’s Wildly Natural Bronze Lip Gloss is the only cruelty free color of all the lip glosses, but I also enjoyed layering this light, golden sheer gloss over the lip butters. They layer well together without any sticky artificial-ness about them.

I really love how the whole philosophy of Mad Gab’s is to be responsible when it comes to using natural and organic ingredients as well as maintaining a recycling: trash ratio of 4:1 for everything in their offices and manufacturing. Their lip butters also come in a clear, recyclable tube.

Check out their perfect for the holiday season discount now through 12/16/2011! All online orders are 20% off and you also get a free lip gloss and lip butter (added at time of shipping).
