Batty's Bath ReviewSAMPLE

Thursdays with Cheeky Rox: Batty’s Bath Review

One of the most amazing parts of being a beauty blogger and youtuber is finding new products and brands that just knock my socks off. I LOVE when I find a product that works wonders on my skin so I can rave about it to my friends, family, and of course all of you! Today is one of those days, ladies! Recently I discovered the brand, Batty’s Bath, and fell in love with their approach to cruelty free cosmetics. Every single product is hand-crafted, by Batty herself, with organic ingredients and fresh herbs that often come from Batty’s home garden. With this type of approach, I know the ingredients are as natural as they come without any additives, parabens, preservatives, etc. I’ve had the opportunity to try two products from Batty’s Bath:

  • Cystic Acne Mask
  • Primer Facial Moisturizer

Batty's Bath Cystic Acne MaskThe Cystic Acne Mask is a gentle mask that has tons of benefits for sensitive/oily/acne-prone skin (like mine!). This mask has a soothing and hydrating gel formula that glides onto the skin with ease. The Cystic Acne Mask is enriched with antioxidants and calming ingredients that help to reduce redness and irritated acne-prone areas. The mask actually has some natural anti-bacterial ingredients so it helps to kill acne-causing bacteria. Very impressive! My favorite benefit of the Cystic Acne Mask is that it’s super detoxifying while still being gentle. I’ve been using the Cystic Acne Mask for 30-45 minutes every 2-3 days. It’s an easy addition to my skincare routine that has made a HUGE difference in the appearance and texture of my skin. I’m not getting the irritated, swollen cystic acne that my skin is prone to and I feel like the mask is actually helping to balance my oily production. Overall, my skin looks more calm, even, and glowing. Definitely a must-have for me from now on!

Batty's Bath Primer Facial MoisturizerThe Primer Facial Moisturizer is a really unique product that works as both a detoxifying moisturizer and a makeup primer in one. I always use makeup primers because they typically allow foundation to apply smoother, look better, and last longer. When I heard about this vegan primer, I knew I wanted to try it. It has amazing ingredients that I can feel good about applying as a barrier between my makeup and my skin. The Primer Facial Moisturizer is enriched with cocoa seed butter, shea butter, and vitamin C – just to name a few of the super luxurious and hydrating ingredients. This product also has four different types of clays that are essential in detoxifying, hydrating, and achieving a smooth texture prior to makeup application. Whenever I use the Batty’s Bath Primer Facial Moisturizer, I love how easily my makeup applies and blends. My foundation hasn’t been getting flaky in any dry spots or caking up over the course of the day. Since the Primer Facial Moisturizer has so many added benefits, I’ve actually been using it even on my “no-makeup” days as well!

I’m so impressed with these two cruelty-free skincare products from Batty’s Bath. If you want to learn more about them, just watch the video in this post!
