The Body Shop has come out with an interesting concept – 2 body butters in one yin yang shaped container – one for regular moisturizing and one for heavy moisturizing (for knees, elbows, feet, hands, etc.). Both make your skin feel soft and hydrated. They are very heavily scented though – fine for most, but I would avoid if you have eczema or very sensitive skin.
They come in:
- Floral Acai
- Macadamia
- Sweet Pea
- Vanilla
The Body Shop uses fair trade and mostly organic ingredients. The Body Butter Duos are made with organic babassu oil, organic beeswax, buriti oil (an Amazonian nut with beta carotene and Vitamin A), cocoa butter, shea butter and organic soybean oil.
The Body Butter Duos are on sale right now at The Body Shop – 2 for $25 or $15 each (regularly $18 each).
Note: The Body Shop maintains cruelty-free practices, but they are owned by L’Oreal, which is NOT a cruelty-free company.
