Briogeo Vegan Hair Care Products

By now you’ve probably heard the buzz about Briogeo Hair Care. I’ve met Nancy Twine, the founder of Briogeo and she is incredibly sweet! She started her line of hair care products because she had a passion for making eco-friendly, natural ingredient-based beauty products with her mother as a child. They used recipes passed down from her grandmother, who lived on a small farm in West Virginia. I love when a brand is created out of passion and not just to make dollars!

What does the name mean? Brio is an Italian word that means, “vivid, colorful and full of life.” Geo is a Latin word that means “of Earth or nature.” I love that!

All products are cruelty free (and the ones listed below are vegan). They are formulated without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicone, gluten, synthetic fragrances and dyes.

Rosarco Milk

The Rosarco Milk leave-in conditioning spray is vegan (no actual milk!) and cruelty free! It enhances hair’s softness, strength, manageability, and moisture levels while acting as a barrier against heat. The antioxidant-rich blend contains a unique complex of nutrient-rich argan, rosehip, and coconut oils for major nourishment without weighing hair down. It helps protect the hair from UV and free-radical damage, reduces frizz, and hydrates for hair that is smooth and healthy-looking.

It does this without dimethicone or other silicones, and although my hair looks great with dimethicone-based products, I know it’s harmful to use all the time, and can actually damage hair in the long term (due to build-up). So this is a nice hair booster that won’t damage your hair! The 95% naturally-derived formula contains no parabens, phthalates, silicone, gluten, synthetic fragrances or dyes.

Blossom & Bloom Spray

This dual-action spray enhances the look of hair fullness with long-term thickness results. The formula contains a unique ingredient—maltodextrin, a natural sugar starch—which coats each strand of hair to promote a fuller appearance. Lemon and witch hazel extract dissolve excess oil and help extend time between washes. For longer term benefits, the spray contains ginger to support natural blood flow to the scalp and biotin to encourage natural, healthy hair growth.

It’s perfect for those with thin, fine, limp, or lifeless hair who want to kickstart growth while increasing the appearance of thicker & fuller hair. It’s made with biotin, B vitamins, ginseng & ginger root. Maltodextrin & collagen help increase the immediate appearance of fuller, thicker hair. Vegan and cruelty free. No parabens, phthalates, silicone, gluten, synthetic fragrances or dyes.

I love the citrus-y scent, and I definitely noticed an immediate increase in volume after using. I’m looking forward to the long-term effects.

Great products. Which one do you think would be your favorite?
