Looking for cruelty free dog treats?
Here’s Riley (my dog) waiting patiently for his new Healthy Dogma Blissful Banana Chips! They’re made without added sugar – just bananas and coconut oil. He loves them! My cat, Kenji, was waiting expectantly too, but very disappointed to find out that it was fruit. Riley, on the other hand, LOVES them! They’re like healthy potato chips for dogs! 🙂 I got them in my Bark Box (affiliate link) and thought I’d share!
Riley is also obsessed with Dog for Dog Peanut Butter Mini Treats. He also loves the blueberry dog bars, and the grain free dog food. Dog for Dog is currently running a contest where you can nominate (and then vote) for your favorite animal shelter to win free treats! Go to their Facebook page for details. You can use their store finder to see where to buy near you. Right now they are at participating Walgreens across the country!

Actually The Banana with Coconut Oil is the best treat for your dog. I have two dogs at home as my family pets, and now i should give my pets this treat soon. You should always give your pet a healthy diet, and bananas without sugar is a great option.

Cruelty free is just as a important as dog friendly, so I am glad that you posted this. We all need to care for our pets as well as all animals in the world. Riley looks like he would enjoy that treat a lot 🙂

Hey Jen. I haven’t tried dog for dogs yet. It looks like something my dog will like since he likes peanut butter. Been using Rocco and Roxie natural treats for a while now but I think it’s time I introduced a new flavor to him.

I am so incredibly relieved to hear that my dog’s food is cruelty free. I had no idea that animals were treated so horribly by companies that sell products intended for animals! It’s honestly unethical, and I don’t understand how animal testing is still legal.
By the way, do you know if milk-bones are cruelty free?

Usually, Banana with Coconut Oil is the best choise for your pet. I have two pugs at home, and i always give them banana (without sugar). The food just naturally dog and BALANCED, is the best solution to make your dog healthy.

Interesting article. I am fairly familiar with all natural pet foods and treats such as coconut oil being good for dogs along with peanut butter but never thought about bananas, but why not. More people need to be a little more conscientious about what they are feeding their pets and it looks like you are doing a great job with that. Cheers!

My pug, Diego has tried Banana Chips and………… He loves it! They’re made without added sugar (just coconut oil and bananas) so it is a healthy food for our four legged friends! My other pug, Leo wasn’t very sure to try but after tasting one, it liked him immediately.
