I’ve got a pretty Fall eyeshadow tutorial for you today with BftE Cosmetics and Sugarpill Cosmetics. They’re two of my favorite indie companies.
How to Achieve the Look:
- Prep the eyes with Too Faced Shadow Insurance (best eyeshadow primer!) and then apply BftE Sassafras to the lid and crease.
- Apply Sugarpill Magpie to the crease and outer half of the lid, blending outwards and upwards.
- Add a bit of Sugarpill Midori to the inner crease, blending outwards.
- Add a bit of Sugarpill Midori to the outer lower lash line, then follow up with Sugarpill Magpie.
- Use BftE Very Vanilla on the browbone and at the inner corner.
- Use Urban Decay 24/7 Perversion liquid liner on the upper lash line, flicking it out for a slight cat eye.
- Add Urban Decay 24/7 Perversion pencil liner to the lower waterline and some mascara.
If you don’t have Sassafras, substitute a golden olive green metallic.
If you don’t have Very Vanilla, substitute a light creamy beige matte.
If you don’t have Magpie, try a metallic dark blue.
If you don’t have Midori, try a pearly or semi-matte grass green.

For vampy Fall lips, I used OCC Lip tars in Strumpet and RX. If you mix 2/3 Strumpet with 1/3 RX, you get a wonderful dupe for the cult favorite (I think it looks better actually) for MAC Cyber. For my foundation I used Urban Decay Naked Skin Liquid foundation in .5. It’s my favorite foundation right now and I feel it makes my skin look amazing. What do you think of gold and greens for Fall? And do you love dark vampy lips?
