Cruelty Free Baby Products
What’s more exciting than bathing a mooing toddler who likes to stand and splash in the tub? Trying out a new baby product on my little wild bundle of joy at the same time, of course! I was excited to try some cruelty free baby products from my Oh My DeVita Baby. They sent me the body wash and shampoo, which is Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free, vegan and fragrance free, and very cute.
Anyhow, you can tell I’m not an against-all-chemicals kind of Mom, in fact I like things, and my son, to smell good. So, I was a little suspicious of the fragrance free variety of the body wash. However, it turns out that my little one, when fresh and clean, really does have a nice baby smell. Who knew? Maybe I’ll become a convert and help the earth a little in the process.
Another thing I like about the body wash is that it has a nice, easy open /close and pump mechanism that you can use with one hand. This is great when you have a little baby and you need your other hand to hold up their sweet little head, or when you have a roaring lion toddler, like me, and you need your other hand to hold his arm which he literally runs back and forth through the water making animal noises and kicking fountains of water into the air. Yes, we have bath time fun and bath time issues at our house…
I also found the body wash to make nice suds and be pretty moisturizing. In short, I’m sold.
