I went to the Fab Fit Fun Winter VIP Insiders Box Launch Party at the HUGE Graystone Manor in Hollywood last week. It was quite an event! So many people dressed to the nines, and several vendors. Instagram tells me I missed a lot of my favorite bloggers, but I went with my friend Claudia, who writes for My Beauty Bunny as well as her own blog, I Like to Talk A Lot, and we had a blast! We took lots of silly pics of course (see them on My Beauty Bunny’s Instagram page), and we met some great people. They gave us each a complimentary box to take home and sample.

LATHER AHA Hand Cream with Evening Primrose – a little goes a LONG way with this super creamy (but not greasy), sweet-smelling hand cream. You know those spots that start showing up on your arms and hands when you get older? Yeah – this helps get rid of those! Be sure to use a sunscreen when you’re using AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) or the spots can get worse. This goes for acne medications, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, microdermabrasion – anything that sheds outer layers of skin or makes it more sensitive to the sun. But, if you do that, you’ll get rid of those annoying spots and bumps, and have clean, fresh, youthful skin! Daniel Stone CoCo Candle – this beautiful red currant candle smells so good and it’s made from coconut wax! I didn’t even know that was possible! And if you’re not a coconut fan, don’t worry – it doesn’t SMELL like coconuts – it’s just made from coconuts. It’s been very long-lasting. Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel – I haven’t had a chance to try this yet, but I’m looking forward to it, since it’s made from natural ingredients and is safe for sensitive skin! It has AHAs and exfoliants that are extracted from apples, lemons and grapes to minimize fine lines and spots. It also has aloe and Vitamin E to soothe sensitive skin (like mine!).
