Healthy and Pure Cruelty Free Cosmetics

Over time, I’ve learned to look at labels on products I use and research them a bit more before using them on me or my family. As a new mom, I have to keep in mind that anything I put on me, can potentially be transferred to my baby that I still nurse. Brands like HAN Skin Care Cosmetics is the latest brand I’ve been introduced to that features a clean ingredient deck while remaining cruelty free, paraben free, and void of artificial dyes and colorants. Clean brands such as these assure me that I can still have fun in the makeup and skincare department while taking care of my little one.

HAN Skin Care Cosmetics proudly states that their products are 100% natural,  utilize powerful antioxidants, fruit and vegetable pigments and naturally sourced minerals to create high quality makeup that is comparable to other mainstream cosmetic lines, but without the worry of harmful toxins or animal testing.

HAN Skin Care Cosmetics has three core lines, their 100% Natural Eye Shadows, their cheek products and their lip glosses. Their eye shadow line consists of seven natural-looking shades that can be used for both day or nighttime looks. They are rice powder based and infused with argan oil and vitamins to promote healthy skin. I was sent Taupey Plum and found the shadow to apply easily without fallout or creasing. It’s easily blendable for a subtle smoky eye look.

I was also sent their
100% Natural Cheek & Lip Tint in Rose Berry.  I usually stick to powder blushes (which they do have in 3 gorgeous colors), but their stick tint worked amazingly well for me! I’m always afraid I’ll look like a clown using stick color but I just used my fingers to really blend in the sheer color and then swiped some on my lips for added moisture. This cheek & lip tint uses exotic butters like cupuacu blended with shea butter and acai oil to nourish the skin and it didn’t clog my pores at all!

I’m a big fan of lip glosses. I have many, many shades of pink and berry because they feel good and look good on. You guys…these lip glosses are gorgeous! Their
100% Natural Moisturizing Lip Gloss comes in five “lip enhancing” colors and truly moisturizes and goes on thin and not sticky. I gave Raspberry Chardonnay a try and found that color to actually be quite noticeable on me. I could even blot the gloss and still have color left behind like a lipstick stain. I think I need to get my hands on Pretty Cool Pink and Peachy Nude next! I absolutely loved the feel of this gloss because it didn’t feel like I had much on, and when you feel like you have a lot of product on your lips you end up mashing your lips together and licking a lot of it off.

All the products from
HAN Skin Care Cosmetics are quite affordable ranging from $13-$15 each and can be found online at their website. I highly suggest you check out their Instagram to see all their pretty products and decide which colors work for you!
