Just a quick post to share my Youth H2O Green Smoothie recipe! The ingredients are great for hair, skin, nails and overall health!
– 2 cups spinach or kale leaves
– 1 apple (seeds removed)
– 6 large strawberries
– 1 avocado
– 1 cup of ice
– 2 servings of Youth H2O (contains maca, camu camu and organic purple corn superfoods)
Blend (we use a VitaMix) and enjoy within 3 days. Refrigerate unused portion. Yum!
Sometimes I add dried coconut flakes or fresh ginger and I vary the fruit often (sometimes with frozen fruit). Do you have any recipes you’d like to share? I’d love to hear them!

Green smoothie is great! 🙂 It helps me with my vitiligo as spinach has skin-repair effect. I usually also add some goji seeds and honey to my drink.
