Professional make-up artists working in the beauty, motion-picture, TV and theater industries will teach top techniques at IMATS. Celebrity artist Valenté Frazier (Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum) will share his secrets to red-carpet make-up. On Sunday, artists from Legacy Effects (Cowboys & Aliens, Thor, Avatar, Iron Man) will discuss their latest projects. Other IMATS speakers include Oscar-winning movie make-up artist Christien Tinsley (True Grit, No Country for Old Men), movie make-up effects veteran Steve Johnson (Ghostbusters, Species), M.A.C. senior artists Romero Jennings and Tiffany Johnston, Oscar award winner Ve Neill and YouTube sensation Kandee Johnson.
In an exciting development, Johnson, Yolanda Bartram and cosmetics company founder Napoleon Perdis will offer intimate, hands-on master classes the Friday before the show.
