    Stop animal testing. They are not humans. There are murderer's and child molesters in jail. Use them to test on. It cost one million dollars a year to keep a prisoner in jail. The average life span of a person on death row is 11.5 years. That money could be saved to help the homeless, feed the hungry, help older people buy medicine, and help homeless animals to be spayed and neutered and fed.

    I actually wasn't able to finish the whole video because even the first part of it is already heartbreaking. Let us all support this Act and be a big help to those helpless animals.
