Jing Ai Gluten Free Bronzer

in Leaping Bunny, Makeup on 06/13/12

Written by: Lauren Warner, Staff Writer

Made with certified organic wild rose, Jing Ai is cruelty free and is translated to mean “pure love.” Jing Ai’s Sierra Glow Duo Bronzer (Halo Sunset) is the perfect bronzer to accentuate an existing summer tan. I love that these bronzer colors have warm undertones and have slightly more pink undertones than I usually buy in a bronzer. The effect seems much more natural on my skin than I’ve seen from other more golden or brown bronzers. It gives my skin the illusion of having been out in the sun all day rather than forced, dirty brown smudges on my cheeks and forehead.

I use the darker color for all around color on my face (my forehead, cheeks, bridge of nose – all places the sun would naturally hit.) I use the lighter, slightly shimmery color to highlight my cheekbones. Since the color is more of a pink color, you don’t necessarily need to apply blush. If you do apply blush, you have to use very little, just on the apples of your cheeks.

Wow, finally a bronzer that I can use and not have to apply blush after and still look naturally tanned! Love the warm undertones! Thank you so much for the post and the tip about the blush!!
