Let’s hear it for Milani and their brand new collection of gel powder eyeshadows. First off, thank you Milani for being honest and letting us know that you are NOW Leaping Bunny certified. It makes buying makeup a hundred times easier when we know whether the company is cruelty-free or not.

That being said, their brand new bella eyes eyeshadow is amazing! I love every single color in the collection and want to buy them all, and with an introductory price of only four dollars… why won’t I? I was so excited when I received my eyeshadow in the mail and even more excited when it was in a color I knew I was going to use.

Pictured above is shade seventeen, bella khaki or shimmering dark green. This shade is absolutely gorgeous, plus it’s vegan. It has a muted forest green color to it with a hint of gold sparkles. On their website Milani says that it can be applied either wet or dry. I tried both and agree completely. The color doesn’t change whether you apply it wet or dry, it’s simply a personal preference.

Honestly I have no problems whatsoever with this product. It is true to its color, inexpensive, lightweight, doesn’t crumble or cake, and goes on without a fuss, staying on all day. Plus the packaging is compact and complements the product perfectly.

I’ve never bought Milani Cosmetics before, but after trying this product and looking around on their website it took all my self control to not go on a makeup spending spree and buy every one of their products! As I said before they are extremely inexpensive and based on my experience with their new eyeshadow, a very high quality cosmetic company.
