Sad update – June 2017 – NARS is no longer cruelty free – the company has decided to sell in China, a country that requires animal testing. Click here for details.
The Limited Edition Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in Cytere is described as a “soft metallic rose” but it seems more like a cross between bronze and gold to me. It’s long lasting and a great alternative to the everyday colors you’re probably wearing. Mix it up a little with metallics! It contains vitamin E, hyaluronic spheres and phytosterol esthers; ingredients known to moisturize, increase hydration and improve barrier function.
The Limited Edition Soft Touch Shadow Pencil in Corcovado is a gorgeous yellow gold eyeliner that glides on easily and gives a gorgeous pop of color to your look. I’m in love with this gold. My eyes are very deep set and this really brings them out in a modern, trendy way. You can also layer under shadows to brighten them. The jumbo sized pencils have versatile functionality to shade the lid, line, or highlight the eye. Smooth, creamy texture delivers a smooth, velvety feel to the eye and make for easy blending and an ideal base for layering with a powder shadow for increased color intensity.

That lip pencil is gorgeous! I’ve never been able to get the soft touch shadow pencils to wear on me without creasing, but the gold is pretty.

Both are beautiful! The first one is such a lovely rose gold bronze, I’d love that as an eyeshadow color.
