Swagger Cosmetics

Recently I had the opportunity to try out a new company called Swagger Cosmetics. All of their products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Swagger Cosmetics Swatches and Review

I received six eyeshadow shades, 1 blush, 1 highlighter and 1 gloss to review.

Price
$9.50 for 5g jar eyeshadow
$12 for 3.5 ml tube gloss
$14.50 for 10g jar blush / highlighter

Dirty Martini
medium toned olive green with a satin finish
My Take
Olive green with golden tones.

Swagger
Gorgeous shimmery bright teal with bold teal sparkles
My Take
Shimmery blue-based teal with teal iridescence and sparkles. Very pretty, but felt very chunky. To solve this issue, I had to remove the sifter. I believe this shadow is now sold without a sifter.

Rad Bitch
Completely translucent red/pink “glitter” (but eye safe and NOT made out of plastic–which can cut your eye). Gorgeous on the eyes, as a highlight, or over blush.
My Take
This is totally gorgeous. It’s a iridescent pink. It’s very chunky, too, and prone to fallout. However, it is AWESOME to use as a highlight shade under the eyebrow, at the inner corner of the eye, the center of the lid, anywhere. It’s so pretty.

Red Bone
Deep reddish-purple with a satin finish. Great for smokey eyes and universally flattering on anyone.
My Take
Burgundy satin shade. Very pretty.

Responsitranity
“With great glamour comes great responsitranity” — Ru Paul. Gorgeous medium shimmery taupe.
My Take
Brown taupe with golden tones.

Ghetto University
A medium-dark burnt bronzey brown – flattering on all skin tones.
My Take
Gorgeous bronze on a brown base with golden tones.

Swagger Cosmetics Blush Swatches

Champagne in the Bubble Bath
A sheer, iridescent highlighter with the perfect mix of warm and pink tones to suit all skin tones. Use on your cheekbones, under the brow, all over or even lightly dab it on your cupids bow! Perfect for looking luminous for when you’re having a cocktail in the bath or dressing room.
My Take
Finely milled sheer iridescent pink and gold highlighter. I love this.

Golden Rose
This is a beautiful super sparkly pink/rose gold that is perfect for blush, or used lightly as a highlight over blush. No carmine and completely vegan! It’s a gorgeous peachy-pink shade with golden sparkles. You can buff it into your skin for a luminous sheen, or apply lightly for more sparkle.
My Take
Peachy-pink base with chunky gold shimmer. Prone to fallout. Very similar to NARS Orgasm. It’s a lovely shade and I always find it flattering on me.

Lollipop Gloss
Fluorescent neon pink
My Take
Bright neon pink cream gloss. I love this color! It’s so bright and fun!

I really love the gloss as it’s such a fun, bright shade. I find the blush and highlighter to be ultra flattering and I think they would work on a wide range of skintones. I have also used the highlighter, Champagne in the Bubble Bath, as an eyeshadow base on the browbone to blend out shades. The eyeshadow colors are nice,  and I think if you like iridescent shades you need Champagne in the Bubble Bath and Rad Bitch. If you’re a fan of teals you will love Swagger.

I love these colors for young people. They are bright and fun; however, I would love to see some cosmetic reviews with colors a bit warmer and more neutral since I am middle-aged. Btw, love your site!
