NOTE: Tarte has recently been sold to Japanese brand, KOSE. Please read my thoughts on this here.
The Tarte Spring 2014 line is gorgeous inside and out! These 8 gorgeous Power Pigment lip crayons are based on their cheek stains (review for those coming soon!). These are long-lasting, colorful stains that easy to apply and perfect for Spring. Keep them in your purse for easy access. You could even put these on without a mirror in a pinch. I LOVE the mint cooling sensation. If only every lip tint was like this!
The shades: Natural Beauty – deep red Fearless – melon Blissful – nude/coral Exposed – skin tone neutral True Love – bright red Flush – berry Blushing Bride – mauve Tipsy – coral (my favorite! you guys know how I love corals!)

Brilliant packaging from Tarte (again!) Gotta love the almost matte finish with a little lustre. I have my eye on Tipsy and True Love.

I just bought Blissful and Fearless and they are great! 🙂

These are definitely more pigmented than the LipSurgences. I did a swatch of both versions in Exposed, and they definitely are different! Plus, the Power Pigments feel a lot ‘heavier’ and creamier and swatched darker, where the LipSurgences felt sheerer and kinda moistening.

I love the swatches! I can’t decide which of the blushes and lip pencils to get. I love Exposed, but they are ALL so gorgeous! Tipsy looks gorgeous on you Jen! I wish I could rock and orange lip, but it’s the worst color on me lol!
