It’s Tarte’s Ten Limited Edition Palette – celebrating 10 years of cruelty-free beauty! It has 10 shimmery and matte eyeshadow shades, a double-ended black/plum eyeliner, a full-sized shader brush and a mini mascara. It’s sold exclusively at Sephora – a $120 value for $44!

Ingredients:
