UD X Gwen – Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Collection (Limited Edition)
The long awaited Urban Decay Gwen Stefani collaboration is finally here! I have so many friends who were practically stalking Urban Decay and Sephora to get their hands on the original eyeshadow palette. Now, we have the UD Gwen Stefani blush palette, Gwen Stefani lipstick and eyebrow palettes!
Gwen helped to design the packaging, which was inspired by her love of “black-and-white graphic prints and antique gold accents”. Urban Decay helped her create all the shades she wished she had in her collection. Wouldn’t that be fun!
Let’s start with the UD Gwen Stefani Blush Palette. This palette is gorgeous on the inside and the outside (just like our girl, Gwen!). It comes in a sizable geometric case with a magnetic closure and mirror. There are six shades – Cherry (a cool toned bubblegum pink), Easy (a deeper red with gold shimmer), Angel (a shimmery golden tone – perfect as a highlighter), Lo-Fi (a matte bronzer/contour), Hush (a pink shimmer – perfect as a blush for fair skin or highlighter for darker skin tones), and OC (a peachy undertone with an opalescent pink shimmer). I love these colors, and you can tell they were made to be paired with the bright lipsticks in the collection (more on those later), because they are not super crazy colors. Which for me is PERFECT! I am a fair skinned gal, and I love this palette. Some of the shades are a little heavy on me, but none of them are crazy clown colors.
The UD Gwen Stefani Brow Box in Bathwater Blonde (cute name!) comes with eyebrow was, brow powder in two shades – light and dark blonde, two mirrors, mini tweezers, and two mini angled brushes. This is such a cute little set – great to keep in your bag or for travel. I just wish it came in a darker shade for us brunettes!
Now let’s move on to the UD Gwen lipsticks and lip liners! These are some bold colors – and more on the bright and/or cool-toned side – perfect for Gwen, but not as great for me. I’m pale with yellow undertones, so I prefer warmer tones personally. But for those with cool tones, or darker skin, these are going to look fab! They all have great color payoff and the packaging is adorable. The staying power is incredible for such creamy formulations too.

The UD Gwen Stefani Lipstick comes in eight very bold shades (two can only be found on UrbanDecay.com):
- Ex Girlfriend – Sheer (not pictured – a sheer nude rose with pink shimmer)
- Plaid – Sheer (not pictured – a sheer red)
- Wonderland – Cream (a cool toned, bright pink/red)
- Phone Call – Sheer (a bright, but sheer cool-toned pink – my favorite of the bunch!)
- 714 – Mega Matte (a bright, matte red)
- Spiderweb – Cream (a satin red cream)
- Rocksteady – Cream (a deep wine red)
- Firebird – Cream (a deep fuchsia)

The UD Gwen Stefani 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencils come in six matching shades: Ex-Girlfriend (not pictured), Firebird, Phone Call, 714, Rock Steady and Wonderland. When you rock a bold lip, a matching lip pencil comes in very handy to get the shape just right. They can be used to define your lip shape or to fill in your entire lip, and they are full of moisturizing Vit E, jojoba oil and cottonseed oil. They are waterproof and don’t come off until you want them to!
