I have found a new haven this winter: my bathtub. I have just recently (as in the last year) become a fan of salt soaks in my tub. After a particular rough day, tough work out, or if I’m just in a funk, I’ll fill my tub with hot water and bath salts and soak for a good fifteen minutes. It’s the perfect healthy body treat on a cold winter day. I always feel more relaxed and in a more positive head space when I get out.
