I have constant acne breakouts, and although I know it’s mostly hormonal, sometimes I do skimp on things I know I should do more often – like changing my pillow case, avoiding touching my face and cleaning my makeup brushes more often. I recently won a Youngblood raffle prize at a media event and this makeup brush cleanser was amongst the goodies!
I had previously been using Sephora brand brush cleanser for quick cleanings, along with a mild hand soap for deep cleanings. This Youngblood Pro Brush Cleaner is fabulous. You just spray it on a tissue and then wipe your brush back and forth to remove makeup and dirt. It has a light rose scent (love!) and it’s alcohol-free, so it won’t damage your brushes.

I used Clinique’s brush cleanser for a long time and need to find a new one since its no longer cruelty-free. This might be a good one to try!

I’ve never tried Youngblood’s Brush Cleaner. Great to know how well it works!

Isn’t sephora brand and its featured ones (hello kitty, kat von d, etc) selling in china, therefore non cruelty free? I ask cause i havent seen updates in older articles like the ones you’ve done about revlon…

Hi Raqueline – there are probably a lot of older articles that I haven’t updated. Check the cruelty free list for current cruelty free brands.
