Soft, Silky Skin with Whish Beauty
Winter is almost here and I’m already starting to feel it! In the past week I’ve switched cropped jeans for long ones and short socks for fuzzy knee length. Needless to say, being a Californian I like my warm weather but eventually welcome in the cooler temps and cozy sweaters that come along with it. One thing that I do not welcome is dry, tight, itchy skin from temperature drops and drier air. Thankfully, Whish Beauty came along and sent me a few products to keep my skin looking and feeling comfortable.
All Whish Beauty products are formulated with all natural, skin-loving ingredients, and avoid things such as parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, and is TEA & DEA free. And of course, if we review it on this blog, it’s definitely cruelty free!
I’ll start off with the hand cream I got which was a savior this last weekend when I swatched a ton of polishes. The Whish Hand Remedy moisturizes to leave hands feeling silky and not greasy, while fighting the signs of aging by exfoliating and smoothing the skin. Uneven skin tones and wrinkles are fought with a blend of glycolic acid, mixed fruit acids, gigawhite (fades brown spots) and Whitonyl (also fades brown spots), while peptides and ceramides repair age-related damage. Whish Hand Remedy is part of their rice milk collection and smells light and sweet – nothing overpowering. And for the record, hours later my hands still feel incredibly soft.
Next up is the Whish Shave Cream with Hair Inhibitor. Let’s rejoice in the fact that this shave cream has a hair inhibitor because really, they should ALL have that by now, amiright?? I requested the coconut milk scent which is also light and beautifully scented. The cream doesn’t lather in the shower but creates a buttery film on the legs and underarms to let razors glide comfortably over the skin, lessening the chance of nicks and cuts. Omega 3’s and organic shea butter moisturize, organic coconut and jojoba seed oil soothe, while chapparel extract works to inhibit new hair growth. I definitely plan to purchase this when my bottle is done because it smells great, makes me have a great shave and hopefully will lessen the need for shaving somewhat! It’s a win-win-win! I’d love to pair this with their hair inhibitor serum for a double moisturizing, hair-fighting whammy!
Lastly, the Whish Body Oil in Blue Agave has been a pregnant-belly treatment that I’ve come to enjoy each night. I’m currently six months pregnant and have diligently applied butters and lotions to any body parts that may be stretching and growing with time. Each night, I add about two pumps to a scoop full of body butter and massage my belly before slipping into jammies. I also apply to elbows, knees and the tops of my feet for added moisture as well. I absolutely love how well this oil absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave me feeling overly greasy, and isn’t too powerfully scented. I also like that it’s phthalate free making me feel like it’s safer for me and baby. This body oil comes in nine different scents (plus plain) and can also be used on the face. It uses a blend of sesame seed oil, jojoba seed oil, olive leaf extract and peptides to keep skin feeling comfortably moisturized with just a hint of sheen. I think this would be awesome to use with their repairing and rejuvenating body butter.
All Whish Beauty products are available online at their website, but a wide variety of them are also available at ULTA as well (woohoo!). The entire line is pretty expansive and makes me “whish” I had more to try! To find out more about Whish Beauty, you should definitely visit them on Instagram, Facebook, and their website for information on all their products.

I love all the products, but is there any natural organic alternatives?
