Lavender is often a love or hate scent. Somewhere down the line, I have associated lavender with spas (in my head), so I find it to be calming and a lovely scent for bath and body products. The lavender plant is known for its disinfecting, anti-inflammatory and soothing effects. If you’re a lavender lover, here are some cruelty free lavender scented beauty products to check out:
Indie Lee Lavender Moisturizing Oil
A hydrating, all-purpose oil designed for face, body, and hair. Formulated with jojoba oil which is closest to the skin’s natural sebum and a blend of lavender and chamomile, this quintessential treatment is ideal for nighttime. Great for all skin types.
Apply 2 to 4 drops of oil to hands and rub palms together to warm. Massage gently over face or body until skin feels hydrated. For best results, apply to damp skin after bathing to seal in moisture. Also try adding a bit to your bath for a soothing lavender scent.

Emma Jean Scented Nail Paint – “Fields of Lavender”
Emma Jean Cosmetics is a cruelty free, vegan nail polish brand. The nail paints don’t contain formaldehyde, toluene, camphor or dibutyl phthalates. Fields of Lavender has a light lavender scent, but it wears off pretty quickly. I think it’s gorgeous color and the scent is kinda neat, but don’t buy it just for the scent. It goes on easy and wears well, so I do recommend it.

I’ve always wanted to like lavender, but the scent just feels too cloying for me. I tend to only like it in a spa setting! But these products definitely look divine.

I like lavender. I agree most seem to either love it or hate it. I’m not really in either camp when it comes to the scent, but I love the EO benefits. Lavender can really multitask!

Love lavender. Replaced half my annual shrubs with lavender plants last year, they grew so big! Keep pests away, and are often full of little honey bees. On a hot night they smell wonderful! That hair conditioner sounds lovely, I’d love locks that smell like lavender 🙂
