Question of the Week: What’s your favorite highlighter? I’m loving the Moonlight Vampyre’s Veil Pressed Powder by Manic Panic NYC. It’s a very light yellow-tinged shade. It goes on like a dream and is not chalky at all. I am a pale gal, so I could probably even get away with using “Virgin” which is pure white!
