My blog post was written as part of my collaboration with eBay and Style Coalition.
You can find MAJOR deals on cruelty free beauty and fashion products on eBay. If you haven’t checked it out in a while, you really should. While creating collections for you guys, I keep buying stuff for myself! It’s hard to pass up some of these deals.
Here are some collections I created to inspire you:
Vampy Nails –
Dark, vampy nails are all the rage. We’ll be seeing a lot of deep burgundies, sparkling rubies, matte and shiny black shades, metallics and purples. Black nails were all the rage at Fall New York Fashion Week. Nail fashionistas know that you can wear any color, no matter the season, as long as you own it! But, these dark shades are sexy and perfect to pair with those winter sweaters and boots.
Can’t Get Enough Nail Art –
The nail art trend is EVERYWHERE these days! You can start with easy trends (such as the “bling finger” accent) or go for more advanced, detailed art. Try your hand at some fun nail designs with these picks.
Give Me Curls –
Volume is IN right now – whether you’re a curly haired gal that needs to tame those curls, or a straight haired gal who wants beachy waves, these are the products for you! After washing and conditioning, use a microfiber towel to squeeze the water out of your hair. While it’s still damp, scrunch in your favorite hair curling gel, spray or mousse. Let it air dry or dry with a curl attachment. You can also sleep in foam rollers to wake up with sexy curls. If your hair is bone straight, try a little mousse for volume and then use hot rollers, a curling iron or one of the new curl machines. Set with hairspray, and try not to unravel the curls too much, because gravity will take care of that for you as your day goes on.
Antique Gold –
Gold is always on trend, but antique gold is a deeper, darker, sexier shade that all the beauty editors have been wearing. From nails to eyes to lips – you’ll love these antique gold picks.
Have a Spa Day –
Can’t afford to go to the spa? Have an at-home spa day! Set the mood with candles, essential oils, and a comfy robe. Then give yourself a pampering from head to toe. Give yourself a body scrub, facial, mani, pedi and then relax with a glass of homemade spa water (just add fresh cucumbers, orange slices and lemon slices), and BREATHE!
Best Beauty Gadgets –
There are a ton of beauty gadgets on the market. But, which ones really work? Here are my must-have gadgets for skin, body, unwanted hair, cosmetic application, makeup storage and travel.
Ethical Fashion – Jewelry –
Whether you want to make a statement or just add a bit of interest to your outfit, jewelry can go a long way. Make sure it matches your stye, budget, outfit, and, if you’re vegan, check that it’s a cruelty free piece. It’s not hard to find vegan jewelry – avoid fur, feathers, leather/suede, silk and natural pearls. Metals, plastics, plant-based fabrics like cotton, and gemstones are all fair game (you may want to check the source of your diamonds to avoid conflict diamonds). If you like the look of animal materials, you can find plenty of faux options. Here are some gems (pun intended) that I found on eBay!
Ethical Fashion – Vegan Bags and Accessories –
You don’t have to sacrifice fashion and style to be eco-friendly and animal-friendly! Here are some of my favorite vegan bags and accessories for every season. You can find every price range – from budget to couture. Even high end fashion designers often have synthetic options. Happy (vegan) hunting!
Ethical Fashion – Vegan Shoes –
You can be an animal lover and still rock some majorly fierce and fun shoes! Here are some of my favorite vegan shoes for every outfit. You can find every price range on eBay – from budget to couture. From casual ballet flats to boots to spiky stilettos, you can find it all.
There’s a ton more animal-friendly jewelry, fashion and beauty products on eBay – check out my collections, and let me know what fun pieces you find!
